What is the shelf life of LIVIVA pasta?

The shelf life of our Pastas is 24 - 36 months.

How do I cook LIVIVA pasta?

Dried Shirataki Pasta: Bring water to a boil and cook pasta for 15 minutes.

Dried Shirataki Rice: Rice to water ratio 1 : 1.1

Cooking pot: Put rice in a bowl and pour in boiling water. Cover for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Microware: Put rice and cold water in a microwave-safe bowl. Do not cover. Microwave for 3 - 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Wet Shirataki Pasta: Rinse thoroughly and drain. Be sure to squeeze out all excess water. Dry with paper towel. Serve with your favorite sauce or vegetables.

Bean Pasta: Boil water, add pasta and simmer 2-4 minutes or until al dente. Rinse pasta immediately with cold water and drain. Serve with your favourite sauce or vegetables.

How do I store LIVIVA pasta?

Liviva products are shelf stable and should be stored at room temperature. Shirataki pasta should not be frozen.

What is in your pasta?

We only use all-natural, plant-based ingredients.

Are there any allergens in LIVIVA pasta?

Shirataki has no allergens present. Our soybean pasta has soy present.

What does “net carbs” mean?

The term "net carbs" refers to the carbs that are actually absorbed by your body. To calculate the net carbs in each serving, simply subtract the grams of fiber per serving from the total number of carbs per serving. Our pastas are low in net carbs so they will not spike your glucose levels. It is 100% safe for diabetes.
