Wet Shirataki Rice - Honestly Good! When cutting calories I like a low calorie pasta or rice option. Aside from simply using vegetables, such as minced cauliflower, this is my choice. Some other low cal pasta, such as those made from hearts of palm, are mealy or fibrous and have a sour taste. LIVIVA has a nice smooth texture and like traditional pasta, isn't flavourful but takes on the flavour of the other ingredients. Today I made pork and veg fried rice with LIVIVA rice shaped pasta. A simple recipe with sesame oil, garlic, ginger and soy sauce, it was a delicious low calorie meal. Once cooked, Ieftovers are fine in the fridge, but don't freeze well. Definitely 5 stars.

Dried Shirataki Instant Rice - This is amazing stuff ! I have done keto for years and have tried many different alternative rices include konjac . I would have never purchased it given my disappointment in the past with this type of alternative . I received a free sample with my order and I'm so glad I did . It's a game changer . This stuff will be a staple in my diet plans and I just ordered the bulk boxes while on sale !

Dried Shirataki Instant Rice and Dried Shirataki Spaghetti - Received a free package of this product from Liviva. Absolutely a game changer. If you miss real rice, this fits the bill 110%. Added some seasoning to the water and then butter to the finished rice. It was fabulous. I am ordering the bulk package of both the rice and the spaghetti.

Low Carb High Protein Pasta - As many people say, they are worried that they won't like switching from a normal pasta to a product like this. Let me tell you from my personal experience, the switch was EASY! This pasta tastes great and the texture was easy to get used to! It is a little bit more chewy than regular wheat pastas for sure but I kind of enjoy that chewiness. It takes a bit longer to chew so it slows my eating time down and allows my brain to catch up with my stomach! lol

Dried Shirataki Noodles - I love these low carb noodles! I put them in soups. They are not that good on their own but mixed with other flavors they are delicious.

Low Carb High Protein pasta - Amazing. I have tried other brands and end up throwing them out and going back to regular pasta. I was given an example of this in another order, and ended up buying 2 cases just to make sure I don't run out. I highly recommend this product.

Low Carb High Protein pasta - I've tried several low-carb and keto pastas, and this is by far the best. It's a little chewier than regular wheat pasta, but nothing like the rubber band texture of shirataki pastas, despite the fact it does contain konjac. Of all the low-carb pastas, this one has a texture that is closest to regular pasta. The taste is also closest to regular pasta. The carb content is higher than shirataki pasta, but still much lower than regular pasta and a little lower than bean pasta. It has a high protein content, but the fiber and calcium is much lower than bean pastas. If you're looking for a lower-carb alternative, this could work for you. It does contain gluten as well as egg, so if you're gluten sensitive or vegan, look elsewhere. I suggest cooking it for a bit longer if you don't like chewier or al dente pasta. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

Low Carb High Protein pasta - This is my first purchase of this particular pasta. I like it. It says fettuccini on the box, but it is not as wide as regualr fettuccini. I especially like that it cooks up in 2 minutes. I was buying this brand of pasta made with soybeans, but I like the flavor of this one better. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. I can see us adding these noodles to stir fry too. Will be great with my homemade pesto!
