Beef Shirataki Noodle Soup
We bring you a keto-friendly version of the traditional Asian soup. Known for its rich food culture, many Asian dishes can be made with our low carb pastas and still have the same great taste!
LIVIVA Organic Shirataki Spaghetti
Bone broth (or chicken broth)
Fresh minced ginger
01Boil the egg.
02Saute the ground beef, seasoning to taste.
03In another pot, bring the bone broth to boil, before adding the cooked meat.
04Rinse the shirataki pasta for 15 seconds, then boil for 2 minutes.
05Drain the noodles and place them in a dry skillet and roast them for 1 minute, before setting them aside.
06Peel and cut the boiled egg in half.
07Pour the broth and beef into a bowl.
08Top with boiled egg halves and scallions.
