What's a poke bowl? It's essentially deconstructed sushi in a bowl, and when you add our black bean spaghetti you pack even more healthy plant-based protein and fiber into one meal.

Ingredients:
1/2 pkg Liviva Black Bean Spaghetti
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 8 oz yellowfin tuna steak
½ cup cucumber
½ cup radishes
1 avocado
½ cup carrot
2 nori sheets
1 green onion
¼ cup cilantro
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 lime

Notes:
To make leftovers, you can prepare the ingredients in advance but it’s recommended you purchase fresh sushi-grade tuna for each meal. Simply prep your sauce and add it to the tuna 5 minutes before you’d like to eat.
